This session is for trustees of village halls and community buildings that aren’t incorporated but who are concerned about the personal liabilities of trustees and want to find out more about whether incorporation would be appropriate for their organisation.

It will cover the benefits or disbenefits of incorporation and the steps involved in moving from an unincorporated structure to an incorporated one.

There will be opportunities for discussion and questions during the session. You will also be able to find out more about the support offered by Cheshire Community Action.
